Flocking simulation using Trapcode Particular

Peder Norrby, creator of all that is Trapcode, posted a free project yesterday called Starlings Study 01. The project uses Trapcode Particular and simulates the flocking pattern of birds using only turbulence. This isn’t a typical use of Particular and it might make you wonder what else you could accomplish by fiddling with the settings in unusual ways. Integrate music into your comps using Trapcode

Integrate music into your comps using Trapcode Particular and Trapcode Soundkeys.

In case you missed it, Harry Frank recently showed how to make Trapcode Particular‘s particles dance using Trapcode Soundkeys. Check out the tutorial at Harry’s site or over at Red Giant TV.
