Eran Stern has a new tutorial on the Digital Juice website.
“In this advanced After Effects tutorial, Eran Stern walks you through the steps required to apply an animated design to a set of t-shirts being worn by two subjects in a video clip. In the process he composes a design using elements from Motion Designer’s Toolkits 6 and 7 and then tracks these clips to the subject’s t-shirts using Mocha for After Effects motion tracking software.”

It also uses Optical Flares, but don’t fret if you’re not equipped. The text treatment is very impressive, even up close and that alone makes this a must have download. Get it here.

It’s plug-in heavy as it uses Trapcode Form, Knoll Light Factory and Magic Bullet Looks. Download it and modify to suit your needs, reverse-engineer or just poke around an AE jedi’s work.
