Goran Kraljevic Koehler has posted in AEtusts+ this easy way to make 3D videos with After Effects and 3D Glasses effect. In his tutorial explains a Step by Step way to make a nice Stereoscopic-3D video from an animation in a 3D software. The method that use Goran also can be due entirely with After Effects, but this method works fine. You can find the tutorial here.
