Did you hear? Bikini dots is the new black. This cool little plug-in has remained under the RADAR for some time now, and I’ve recently discovered it and I can’t stop playing with it. I was always a fan of CC Ball Action, which has a few limitations. B-Dots picks up where Ball Action leaves off, and takes it a lot further. It has a number of transformation options, bending, twisting, displacement maps, 3D camera interaction and lots more.
This transition here uses two layers, each using a Z displacement layer, with the camera doing a 90ยบ spin. Fun! Place your own video in the A and B comps for your own transition.
For the price, you can’t beat it, as the Bikini Dots contains “b_stroke” and “b_dots”. I’ll post more freebies with b_stroke in the future. Check out Bikini Dots at the Toolfarm.
