There are some awesome plug-ins to make water, but this is a quick slow moving faux water. Very slow moving. Yes, it is moving. There is no wind. Think of it as a big flat pond. Slow moving backgrounds are great when you have a lot of small text to read. It gives some interest but is not distracting. I used to do a lot of corporate video, you see, so I know this stuff. You can make the water move a bit more by changing the slider value. I had something else to begin with so that is why I used a slider… not really needed.
